ACA completes re-enrollment for current students in the beginning of January. Once re-enrollment is complete, we will review what spots are available. We give priority to siblings of current ACA students and children of ACA staff members. Depending on the waitlist, and available spots, we will open enrollment for new families in the beginning of February.

Our purpose is to faithfully promote the Gospel of Jesus Christ to those who do not know Him and encourage those who do. While we do not require a student be a Christian, we do require that a least one parent has a relationship with Jesus Christ. Parents must be in agreement with our statement of faith and sign a parental support agreement at enrollment.
Kindergarten students should be five years of age on or before September 1st of the school year in which they are enrolled. Kindergarten students who will turn 5 between September 1st and January 1st will need to meet our academic and behavioral standards for consideration. Administration will determine eligibility on a case-by-case basis.
ACA accepts students of all abilities. We believe all children are created in the image of God and we encourage our students and staff to show compassion and the love of Jesus to all. Enrollment for special needs students will depend on the student’s needs and ACA’s ability to accommodate them. All students accepted into ACA must be able to work independently.
Because of the individually tailored instruction offered to all ACA students, we can address most learning challenges in the classroom. We also offer speech and occupational therapy on campus. Students with intellectual disabilities or special needs have an increased tuition cost dependent upon the services required.
Tuition costs vary depending on your student’s grade level and whether they are enrolling in a full-time classroom or participating in our homeschool enrichment program. Please view our Tuition Schedule for more details. Tuition includes textbooks, supplies, science labs, instrument rentals, and field trips for full time students. Tuition does NOT include athletics fees. Homeschool tuition does not include athletic fees or field trips.
Yes! There are a variety of scholarships available for students who are enrolled in a private Christian school. School Tuition Organizations (STOs) offer individual, overflow/switcher, corporate, and disabled/displaced scholarships. You can also utilize the ESA program through the state of Arizona. Please review our scholarship guide or schedule a time to review your scholarship options with Amanda.petty@acaaz.org .
We believe Christian education is so important and would love to provide this for any family seeking that for their child. Currently, we are maxed out of space on our campus which has limited our ability to enroll every student. As a spot becomes available we reach out to applicants on our waitlist. Please consider the following items to increase your chances of enrollment.
-Apply as early as possible for the following school year. We start our re-enrollment process in early January and then open enrollment to new applicants and those on our waitlist in early February.
-Place your child on the waitlist for future enrollment. Spots can become available at any time during the school year. Having an applicant on our waitlist will greatly increase enrollment chances.
-Consider enrolling your students separately as a spot becomes available. This option is not ideal however it will increase the chances of enrollment for siblings in the future. Siblings of current students will have priority over new applicants when spots become available.
-Don't forget the power of prayer. God will make a way!
Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.
Mark 11:24
1. Schedule a time to meet with the school administrator and tour our campus.
2. Once your tour is complete, prayerfully consider enrollment at Ambassador Christian Academy.
3. Upon request, an enrollment application will be emailed. Submit the $25 application fee.
4. Administration will reach out and inform you of the status of your application (approved, waitlist, incomplete, etc.).
5. Pay applicable enrollment fee once your application is approved and offered enrollment.
6. Receive a welcome packet and return all required supplementary forms before the start of school.
We add students to our waitlist based on their application date. However, other variables may affect our decisions on enrollment (sibling of current student, classroom dynamics, etc.). While we will not disclose waitlist positions, you may call or email to inquire about the current waitlist numbers.
Upon request, ACA offers a shadow day to any 7th-12th grade student who has a current application on file. We do our best to pair each shadow student with an ACA student of the same gender and grade level. If you are interested in scheduling your student for a shadow day, please call the office.
