We are excited to have your family join our school and look forward to seeing what God has in store for your child here!

After a tour and the opportunity to observe the unique education your child will receive at Ambassador, we will need the following paperwork to ensure a smooth enrollment for your child(ren):

  • Enrollment Application: filled out and signed

  • Financial Agreement: signed by both parents

  • Parental Support Commitment: signed by both parents

  • Private School Affidavit of Intent: Notarized

  • Copy of Birth Certificate

  • Immunization Records

  • Enrollment Fee: $150 for first child, $100 for each additional child

Junior and Senior Academy must also include:

  • Student Questionnaire

  • Applicant References
